I can't seem to stop myself looking for advice on how to stop the withdrawal I'm not encouraging or glorifying this drug I fucking hate it but I can't quit

I've been trying to stay clean but every night I find myself dropping 800mg to 1g sometimes more I've spent almost three straight days in delirium I try with all my might yet I find myself right back in that nightmarish and disturbing delirium any advice yall can give
