What is the Goldilocks zone between music enhancement and delirium

I’ve dabbled with dph in the past but I think the most I’ve ever done was 300mg. I am terrified of having an actual full blown delirium trip but I love the body high and music enhancement. Basically I’m asking what’s the highest dose I can take before descending into the shadow realm. Ik it’s subjective just figured I’d ask around for some feedback. I’m 6ft and ab 145lbs.
