Keeping Myself Safe

Last time I tripped on DPH, I didn’t do anything irrational but I did often respond to the unreal voices. I’m putting his sign on my door for precaution, since you never know what state of mind you’ll slip into on DPH.
And for all the people saying, “Just don’t take it.” I know I know, I’m just trying to move up my tolerance more so I can do it more during the daytime instead of the dead of night.
