Addicted to dph for 8 years
Post Body

Hi there, I've just discovered this sub, so I thought I might seek for help here. All of this started in ~2016 when I quit smoking weed (just turned 18 back then and didn't want to risk my driving licence). So I bought some dph to sleep better. Yeah I kinda started taking those during the day very quickly to have at least something (dumb af). Here where I live you can buy dph as "emesan" in packs of 50 for less than 10 bucks so it's also really cheap to get wasted. After half a year or so I already ate my 10 pills per day which translates to 500mg dph sometimes even more. I don't know how but I've managed to continue this for years. Since the last few years I'm down to 3-4 pills each morning but I'm still an addict. I think this shit already ruined my blood pressure years ago, when my doctor started prescribing beta blockers. I don't know how to live without this garbage drug anymore. The worst part is that dph helps me dealing with my anxiety disorder. Got a script for lyrica too but lyrica by itself is just not enough to bring me through the day. I'm really concerned about the health risk that comes with such a long time of being addicted to dph. Maybe anyone here is in a similar situation and can give some useful input.
