How to incorporate the gym in my/my dog’s daily routine?

Hi all, recently got a 5-6 month old pitbull (mix?) about a month or so ago - his name is Dunk. We have a somewhat consistent schedule now that I will post below but I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate going to the gym in my routine. (Side note: Sleep is EXTREMELY important to me, 7 hours cannot be sacrificed. if I don’t get enough sleep everyday I am miserable, like I’m not kidding lol.)

Current routine: Wake up: 6am-6:30am (slow riser) Get ready/cook breakfast/walk & feed Dunk: 7am-7:45am Must be at my desk before 8:30am morning meeting Dunk is crated until around 1pm-3pm, my mom will walk him and usually take him to her place until I am off work. Get home around 5:30pm-6pm Walk Dunk for 20-30 mins Cook dinner/feed Dunk: 7-7:30 Long walk around sunset: 8pm-9pm Play/Shower/bedtime: before 10pm but it’s usually more like 11. He is crated overnight.

I work from home of Fridays and off on Saturday/Sunday so those are a bit more flexible.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey so trying to cook more/eat out less and weightlifting is obviously a big part of that which I need to re-work into my daily routine or at least 4-6 time per week. The time that I’d usually workout is now being used to walk and feed him before work.

Now that I have him, it seems like all I do is sleep-dog-work-dog-sleep 😂 even trying to cook breakfast/dinner seems like a huge task now since he’s so young, I always have to keep an eye on him

I like to take him on at least one hour long walk every night but he still has energy that I’m more exhausted than he is afterwards 😂

I usually like to hit the gym and meditate in the morning to start my day off right so I know the answer is probably gonna be me going to sleep early and waking up earlier around 4:30am or 5am, but any advice would be nice from any gym going dog parents out there.
