I'm planning on playing a Sorcerer (Draconic) for the first time and I was curious if there are any obvious suggestions for a cool or thematic race to go with the class or setting itself.

My DM plans on running us through heists and stuff, but I'm okay with any suggestions as long as it's fun, flavor, thematic, or optimal OR one or more of the previously mentioned.

Changeling kinda seems like an obvious pick here to be honest and I am entirely okay with that as I've played Changelings in the past and I do love the race, but I was just curious if there were any other suggestions.

Though the primary question is concerning which race to pick to play, I am also open to any particular build or feat recommendations if you have any that you really like from either prior experience or theory crafting.
