First, no matter how much you complain here, there will always be OSS players.
It doesn’t the make the game any better or any worse. If you want to quit playing because you can’t deal with it, too bad, that’s on you, you’re missing out on one of the best modes in MW2.
Second, you can counter it, just play smart.
I get the frustration that OSS is overpowered. It annoys me too. But if you keep calm, keep an eye out for OSS (sound, on players’ back as secondary), create distance, it’s incredibly easy to counter. But I understand it’s difficult in heated up battles.
I see so many players make irrational, aggressive decisions - it’s incredible. Don’t get me wrong, I do it too, but I don’t get as oftenly frustrated as some people do. But lessons I’ve learned since DMZ launch - take your time, this isn’t TDM. Plate up, reload, check what lethals and tacticals you’ve got. Communicate with your pals, move together and use infrastructure around you to your advantage. Defeat your enemies, defeat the OSS players you hate so much.
