We recently visited Shadows Private Club. We decided on going on a Sunday to get a feel, and talk to the employees. We're from SoCal and have been to clubs there. So a brief review first, then I'll talk about the play and so on.

Building: Think big office space converted into a club

When you walk in, there is a check in desk with a coat closet, and lockers. The thing about the lockers is you'll need your own lock, and the lockers have no separating walls within, so anyone can open their locker and reach over to yours to grab your shit, hopefully no one does that.

Check-in is pretty standard, remember you have to get a membership. Not a big deal cause you can get a membership the same day you're there. The attendant will then give you a bracelet, color coded. Not to sure what the exact color code structure was, but it was something like this.

and so on lifestyle terminology. They have the color code structure on the bulletin board in the lobby.

My partner was not a fan of the bracelets, nor was I. We don't like displaying that type of info publicly, plus we didn't plan on playing with anyone else other than each other, we're more into exhibitionism, but I digress.

Once you walk through the doors you'll end up in a hallway/corridor, to your left there is an entry to the dance floor/lounge. There is 3 - 4 stripper poles with 3 TVs playing porn, over a mirror wall facing the lounge area. The lounge area has 3 - 4 lounge sections with couches arranged in a U shape in each section with a coffee table.

Back to the hallway, there a bathrooms on the right hand side of the hallway, 3 I think

At the end of the hallway it will open up to a bar against a wall. There is also a entrance from the dance floor into the bar area (BYOB).

The play area entrance: Located in the back left corner of the dancefloor. The hallway from the entrance has lockers. There are a 3 - 4 rooms, to the right, that have windows with curtains, one window facing to the dance floor (hot). We enjoyed this since we're into being watched, but don't like our bubble being invaded.

Back to the play area hall, there is another section of the building from the hall to the left. It has one private play room, 5 public beds against the right wall, a St. Andrews cross to the left, and 2 gang bang rooms.

I think there is a glory hole section closer to the lockers in the hall, but we didn't really care for it, it looked nice, just not our thing.

I was pretty wasted, so I might have skewed some rooms, but the rooms were clean, and had working locks. Solid lifestyle club.

Our experience, it was empty, which we planed it to be. Patrons were respectful & polite, ages varied, and employees were fun to talk with.

We came in and unloaded our drinks at the bar, and poured our drinks. Took a seat at the lounge, and talked to others. Then went to the rooms with windows to display some throat goat action. Couple of guys came up to the window and started watching. One guy went into the room next door and took out his cock and started stroking away. He soon after asked me if he could eat my partner out. I said ask her, so he did, she said no, but you can watch us. We went to the room with the St. Andrews cross and I dropped my pants, I like getting spanked by my partner, and nail play. Everyone one was like whoa we laughed because it seemed like guys at Shadows don't really like getting spanked. After that we played in one of the private rooms for the rest of the night.

All in all: Great lifestyle club and very clean. We will definitely visit again on a Saturday night to get the full experience. Rating 5/7 because the club is a bit small and clubs in SoCal have hot tubs and more play areas.
