Can’t Breakthrough

Hello everyone,
I have been using a vaporizer with cape juice mixed at 1250 mg to 1000 ml. The picture shows my settings for my vape but I am not a vaping expert. I can’t seem to breakthrough. After 5-6 hits I definitely get strong effects and it feels close but can’t seem to breakthrough to where everyone else goes. Is my ratio off? Are my settings off? Any insight would be appreciated.
