Considering a shrooms + DMT cart trip to breakthrough

I have years of experience with both psilocybin and LSD, I’m new to DMT.

I have a 400mg:0.5ml 510 nn cart I grabbed from one of the clear sites here in Canada. So far my experiences have been great, but I don’t know that I’m going to be able to breakthrough on the cart alone from sober to DMT.

I have 3.5g of shrooms that came as a free gift with my DMT and was considering doing those tomorrow night and then hooting on the cart for a blast off.

When would be the best time to hoot the cart in hopes of a breakthrough with the shrooms DMT?
