I need help with the freezing stage

So this is my second time making it at home, the first time went very well. This time instead of putting each pull in a different dish and then in the freezer I put all of the pulls in the same dish. I didn't have a lot of room in my freezer and the last time the last dish was basically empty so I figured I would just use one dish. So what happened was there are much smaller crystals on the bottom of the dish and the Napa is extremely yellow. The largest amount of crystals were just floating and all went into the corner when I poured out the naphtha. The naphtha I poured off was still extremely yellow so I put that into another dish and put it back in the freezer.

I guess putting all the pulls in one dish wasn't the best idea. I just figured the crystals would be larger and more dense but it didn't work out that way.

I guess I should just continue freezing process over and over until the naphtha is clear?
