I held the vaporizer to my lips, as I inhaled and took the harsh smoke into the pit of my lungs. I held my breath until I couldn’t breathe anymore, as the world around me began to change. I saw the colors and shapes that made up the entirety of the objects in my room collide, until the room disappeared. I told the DMT, give me everything you’ve got.

And that’s when my third eye was forced open, as a golden light shone through what was once my forehead. From this point forward I was transcended into a realm greeted by nothing less then entities. I told them “I AM NOT AFRAID” as they poked and prodded this newfound capsule of a body I now inhabited. They tried to scare me, and threaten me, but I stood my ground. I was then shown what could only have been a depiction of a king. A pharaoh more specifically, headdress and all.

I knew had gained their respect. As the song No Church in The Wild came to a close, as in the last lyric of the song, I was shot back into my body with the all too familiar image of my room.

Since the comedown, I have felt nothing but gratitude. I have no doubt in my mind that this fleeting mindset will change, as they always do, but I will always know the divinity and strength that lies within me. I may shake and tremble at moments in my long journey of life, but I will always remember
