I’m starting to feel the need to have a proper blast off . Iv done nn dmt over 25 times and a combo of 5meo with nn 5 or so times . Been a pretty bumpy year or so but I’m proud how Iv handled some of the ups and downs of life, that being said I sometimes have slipped up and forgotten some of the key things Iv learned from traveling. One of the biggest things I learned was that no matter what’s going on in life everything is perfect in this moment being the present. For the longest time I was always remembering that during times of hardship and iv found myself not going back to that during the ups and downs of life in the last 4-5 months. I’m going to slowly prepare myself for a real deal session I have a sub ohm tank filled with pretty heavy dmt when I really go i typically go until they say good bye. Hitting the vape every time I feel any Sensations of my physical body a few times having 2 hour or so sessions. The beings would literally let me know when it was time to return to my body. I was just curious if anyone has recommendations for the prep before the blast . Iv gone without meat once for 2 weeks before blasting in the past, I typically like to drink a ton of kava a few hours before i send it notice it keeps me there longer and slightly easier to get there. Wish me luck not sure when yet but I feel it calling.
