I did dmt and lost all motivation in life

I feel like I let all my steam out. I have no motivation for any projects and I feel like I can't laugh anymore. I had a mediocre trip, but not terrible. Blastoff dose. I've had this happen with 5 meo dmt as well, this was n n, but with the 5 meo I bounced back after like a day and the shock that it was actually over had worn off, this is like a week later and getting worse
