Should campaign settings have a separate place for what only the DM knows?

Post Body

I have done several homebrew campaigns, but currently making my first campaign setting for others to use.

My question is whether or not there should be separate articles in the setting for what only the DM should know at the start. It isn't something I see in wizards books.

For example, if there is City A, should everything be in one place, and it's just players that read it have potential story spoilers? Or should there be a smaller section for city A just for players to read but has less information?
