Hi, this is my first post ever on this subreddit. Recently I've asked my players to homebrew end game magic items for them to find in the world. I was wondering about the balance of said items, they are artifacts and legendary items so ofc they will be good, but I dont want them to be too good. Feedback is much appreciated.
EYE OF THE QUICKLING (WONDEROUS ITEM): Can cast haste at will = 1/2 of prof bonus no concentration, 2 to spell attk and DC, magic focus, when attuned crit on 18-20, Dex increases by 1.
EVERGREEN (Artifact) dagger: It has 6 charges, plant growth costs 3, spike growth costs 2, transport via plants costs 6, thorn wip at will (no cost). 3 dagger that deals 4d6 piercing with thorn wip (inspired by puzzling stone sword from DsII) if the target is pulled within 5 feet of you can attack with the dagger only as a BA with advantage. Gains 1d4 charges per long rest
