Player Wants to Tame an Animal. How do I go about this?

Post Body

My players recently came across a chained up wolf and broke the chain from the wall, but are keeping the wolf with them (it essentially has a color and leash since the chain is still attached to it). They have been rolling really high on Animal Handling with it.

Well, one of my players who is a small race is considering taming the wolf and using it as a steed (currently no plans to make it fight for her, just for riding). Since he mainly is planning to use it for his own riding purposes, I dont really have anything against it (granted of course he gets the rolls or whatever is necessary).

What would be a way to go about this?
