Disclaimer: I normally don't have too much trouble homebrewing and reusing/mixing/normally using/adjusting monsters for fifth edition, but my creativity and resourcefulness are dry this week as of right now... I'm looking to recreate the yokai umbrella enemy from the video games Nioh and Nioh 2, but I'm having trouble finding a preexisting 5e monster (As well as attacks/abilities) with attacks/abilities similar to it.

The two main attacks of this one-eyed sentient umbrella demon from the game is to:

A: Hop into the air and spear diagonally down at an enemy like a ballista's vicious projectile.

B: Hop into the air, opening itself, and spinning around in place, unleashing a 720° volley of highly piercing spines in a 15 foot circle.

So, does anybody have something that fits that ballpark? I'm really at a loss, so anything relevant or useful is appreciated, even if I don't reply to every comment (I am at work so free time is indeterminable at best).
