Help with Blood Hunter Profane Soul Patron

I am fairly new at being a DM and one of my players is a Blood Hunter. He recently hit Lv3 and took his subclass as Profane Soul, and picked The Undying Patron.
I was wondering for help on how to play the Patron and if it needs to be any specific Patron that already exists.
