Need to come up with 5 relics containing pieces of the soul of a powerful captured Ultroloth

TL;DR: Need to come up with powerful and dangerous relics that contain the soul of an Arcanaloth. Any ideas are welcome.

The BBEG of my world is an extremely powerful Ultroloth. He was finally incapacitated by a league of powerful mages, clerics and other hero's. They locked his soul into 5 seperate relics, buried them in hidden, trapped and guarded locations and then wiped their own minds so no one will ever find them again.

Of course someone is looking for them now, centuries later. I'm not exactly sure how they will find them but probably using strong divination magic or something.

Anyhow, I need to come up with what these relics actually are. I would like for each to be powerful and dangerous in their own right, but I'm drawing a bit of a blank here.

Can you help me with any ideas? Thanks in advance.
