I want to run a little experiment. I want to see if there are wrong ways to play DND. So, tell me everything that can never work, stuff that always results in players being mad. I know there's some opinionated people on the internet so let me know your opinion.
I'll be taking your suggestions and implementing them into one of my current games and see if I can make them work while still fulfilling the terrible ideas.
Note: the one place I won't go is rape/ sexual violence. That is the one area that I really don't think can ever be done well. Other than that, I don't think there's anything that is off limits for DND.
So the challenge is for you to find something that I either wouldn't be comfortable running or something that I can't make fun. Then if things go well, I'll make a follow up article about what worked, what didn't work, what to do better etc.
