Working on Homebrew Races For Homebrew Campaign, and I have a Question

So long story short, I can't seem to find a template for building races, or something similar to help me organize and contribute to the main cultures of my campaign.

Maybe I'm just blind or something, but 25 pages into 4 different Google searches each has left my brain in a smoothie format.

If anyone has any links, resources, or a how-to guide for building 5e Homebrew Races, especially for someone with Adult ADHD like me, I'd greatly appreciate it!
