Alright, so as the title says, I’m looking for a city/map generator. I know of Watabou’s and that’s freaking amazing for random cities and such. But my players are to the point of the campaign where they’re coming to a city that I have specific features and placement for.

I’m pretty sure I’m getting into the realm of using something like Incarnate of Other World Mapper, but I was hoping there was something else out there. Most of the city map can be random, there are just a couple specifications that are needed. The keep/tower I’m the middle of town, a roughly circular town that’s divided into 8 wards along the lines of a compass.
