A truly Undying Patron for an Undying Warlock

Thematically, I really like the Undying Warlock, but I find myself a little annoyed that most of the Patron suggestions for the Undying patron are, well, Undead. The Undying Warlock gets some cool powers which are distinctly about being Undying without the requirement of being Undead.
Are there any entities or kinds of entities which we could think of as being Undying but not Undead which make for good patrons? How would you suggest crafting a truly Undying-but-not-Undead Patron?
