Necromancer that reanimates the heads of creatures.

What creature heads would be interesting to give him? I've limited the range of what he can do with them.
- He can access bite attacks and breath attacks.
- Anything that uses the eyes or mouth and only those.
- He can't move them unless he attaches them to an arm.
- Cannot attach them to his arm unless the creature was large or smaller.
- He moves at half speed while carrying one or more head of large size.
I just need heads which have cool abilities.
so far I only have a young dragon head and a cockatrice head.
