Doing a D&D white elephant. I'd like opinions on rules and what the gifts are.

Post Body

How it's going to work is at the start of the session I'll have 6 gifts in front of me. When they do damage to an enemy they can grab one.

From then on if they do damage they swap it with another gift, if they do extra damage in the same turn (like from a off handed weapon) they can't switch their gift again but they have the option to switch 2 other gifts.

At the end of the session everyone opens

Each box will have a dice set, snack, and a gift for their character.

5 to any one roll.

1 guaranteed successful insight roll to tell if someone is lying

2 health permanently

100 gold

1 guaranteed first initiative

1 quest hint

Do you guys think that's fair? Any better ideas for character gifts? I want to avoid giving items because then I'd have to figure out how their characters got it.
