Inside of a traveling sandsnail

Post Body

So my party had their first short campaign/session where they escaped a lab and killed the "evil" doctor that held them for experiments. They step outside of his building into a desert and in the distance a giant snail with a man on top comes. This snail caries a little building on their back and the inside looks bigger than the outside. I was already thinking of using the snail as a transport through the dessert to the next village. I want the Inside of the building( or maybe only the inside of the snail) to contain a bar and maybe an auction or so. But what else could I add? I was looking at cruiseship activities but that would probably mean that they need to pay to ride the snail and they did a poor job of finding money in the session( they litteraly missed all the the loot chambers except for 3. They will also encounter pirats who want to board them.

Should I ask for an entry fee for the snail, should I let them hop on and the snailrider just expect to make money because people spend on their travels? Beside that what could they find inside of this snail building. They will re encounter the snail a few times to bring them to different areas.

Edit: These are the ideas I have come up with for nowwhat one might find inside the snail? I came up with this for now:

Slurk the snail has a little fez on its head same for the rider, inside there is theatre, food, casino, pool, spa, bar with music store (with souvenir and some loot that they missed). Workshops?
