Muffled sound on CDJ-2000 & DJM-400.
Post Body

Hey everyone! Recently bought the CDJ-2000s MK1 and have been pretty happy with them :) To mix and output the sound I'm currently using a DJM-400. Until today I have been using my laptop (it has some decent speakers) to listen to the sound coming out of the DJM, though today I hooked it up to my JBL-305 Studio Monitors and the sound that I'm getting is a bit off. It is not completely muffled, but definitely lacks some high end and feels like poorly compressed, like the "presence" is not there. Is it the sound quality coming out of CDJs, an issue with DJM-400 or something else (like cables) that is wrong? I've been surfing the Internet and found nothing about poor audio qulaity coming from CDJs or DJMs.

P.S.: I am using high-quality 320kbit/s MP3 & WAV files.
