Hello all. I have decided to buy new needles ahead of my first large(ish) gig next week upgrading from Ortofon Pro S. I have done a bit of research and have narrowed it down to these two cartridges but am not sure which to go for.

The Numarks have a great frequency response of 20 - 22,000Hz, higher than any I've seen around this price range whereas the Shures only go from 20 - 17,000Hz.

However, the output level of the Shures are considerably better at 9.5mV compared with 6mV for the Numarks.

So my question is as follows: which does reddit think is more important, frequency response or output level?

I am also open to other recomendations in my budget of under £100 for both cartridges and styli. Music-wise I mainly play dark electronic beats - drum n bass, dubstep and hip hop although occasionally I play some old funk and jazz.
