What are the differences between the AT- LP120, AT-LP1240 & AT-LP140XP?

From my limited knowledge the LP120 are OEM and the LP1240 are Super OME but I'm not sure where or what the LP140 fall within the range?

This leads me onto another question. For bedroom use will OEM turntables be fine if on a budget? I've seen a pair of Pioneer PLX-500 with Numark M101 mixer, carts, headphones and all leads new for £524. But then I've seen a pair of AT LP140XP with the same mixer and accessories for £813.
