Retro fitting trickle vents
Post Body

I'm looking at retro fitting some trickle vents in some double glazed windows.

Looking at the size, I need about a 400mm wide, and probably a 10-13mm hole. I saw a really good video on YouTube on how to fit them, which looked easy enough to do. However the video I saw had 3 screws on each section (internal and external) which to me means it's going to be more secure and shouldn't bow in the heat.

Am I reading too much into this, will 2 screws over 400mm be enough to stop it bowing?
