Any reason why the pump is running constantly?

Hi all,
2 days ago the pump that usually is on when the heating is on just started to stay on constantly even when the heating was off. I have tried resetting it at the fuse board and everything but when i turn the power on it comes on again?
I can only make it stop by turning off the power.
Any help would be appreciated!
