Hello all,
I have been scouring the internet with unfortunately not much joy.
Before you say get an electrician/plumber please if you have the answer, provide some guidance as different tradespeople have given different ideas.
But I would like to do everything right the first time to prevent issues in the future.
Concrete subfloor (95 sqm.) has been laid.
We have a kitchen island that requires Hot/Cold water and Electricity.
Gas pipe needs to run to our hob area ( one tradesman said to run copper pipe another said plastic)
What is the approved method of taking this underneath the wet UFH system? Specific conduits for each of these and cut notches underneath the insulation?
Do particular pipes need to be used for Gas/Hot/Cold? Plastic instead of copper?
We have had to reposition where the washing machine will go and does not currently have any drainage installed, can a drainage pipe be ran underneath the insulation to the stack servicing WC in room along so that we donβt need to build an ugly box?
Thank you for you help!
