Painting Advice? I'm new to this.

I have several FtM packers that I'm looking to paint, and I'm wondering how/where to start. These are for external use only, but will be up against female genitals like 12 hours a day. What types of paint should I use to be safe? Are there any helpful guides or how-tos on painting silicone?
