So I see a bunch of pics and posts of everyone's builds and I think thats pretty cool, I was just wondering how does one start to build? I think 3d printing is cool but I'd like to learn to make one from scratch you know like some of the Pakistanis out there that build EM from hand. If I could I'd like to learn to make a MAC 10 .45 or AKM. Would it be possible to make barrels, bolts, springs, triggers, trigger guards, ... etc all in a home work shop? If so which machines/tools would one recommend to have and use? I'm on a budget so would hf tools work and get a job done? Are there mills, lathes, dremels any good? Has anyone of you ever used budget tools on your projects how did it come out?
