Has anyone here built or remodeled a teardrop trailer? I could use a second opinion!

My husband and I want to build a custom teardrop trailer but don't know much about it. I created a SketchUp 3D rendering of what we want to build and would love a second set of eyes to see if there are any obvious flaws. We are using the trailer for camping and as a potential bug-out vehicle so I wanted to give it extra storage. One of the shots shows that storage without covers.
