Hello, so recently I have bought a nice soccer mom van for work. There is a small monitor that is attached to a VHS player, but when I bought it I was told that it didn't work.
I haven't really fiddled with it to deduct whether or not the problem is in the VHS player or the screen, but besides stripping wires and multimeter the wires, is there a definitive way for me to know what is broken?
Ideally I would like to fix/replace the screen and then attach something like a raspberry pi to use the screen for video games (Super Smash bros, Mario kart haha even the driver gets to join in), and also have a slot for a memory card so that I can just have 32gb of movies on hand when I'm driving down to a festival.
