Crown Moulding Wire Track: Any Experiences?

I'm talking about the type of thing here: http://thd.co/TOmntj

Anyone have experience and/or pics they can share? Does it look cheap or does it install nicely? I'm also concerned, because my building is old and the corners are decidedly not squared. How much of a problem will that be to getting a clean, final look? I have 11.5' ceilings, so I'm hoping the height will help hide any problems.

I'm not against running all the cables I'll need and then installing permanent moulding, but I'd rather have an upgradable option.

Thanks!
