One edge of patio door is lower than the other

Post Body

I've been having a difficult time throwing the deadbolt on my patio door for the past few weeks. Apparently the edge that the knob is on (pictures 1 and 2) is slightly lower, bring the deadbolt slightly lower than the hole (picture 4...there's a little line scratched into the frame where the bottom of the deadbolt hits, maybe 3mm lower than the bottom of the hole). All of my hinges are securely screwed in to the door frame and the door, but there is the SLIGHTEST movement at the joint where the two pieces of the bottom hinge connect to each other with the bolt.

Any thoughts on what I should do to fix this?
