I unfortunately over-tightened a M3 screw in a machine resulting in a bunch of frustration to get it out.
And no, do not be worried, I did not use my 18V driver but a cheap small 18$ 4.2V usb c driver.
Still it managed to over-torque it.
I am curious if there exists any part that is meant to (crudely) prevent this from happening. I don't necessarily need a torque driver because I have no precise torque value I am going for I just don't want to fasten it any further than I might be able to with one finger.
I figured I could find something that goes into a 1/4 hex slot and accepts 1/4 bits... but I guess not? Otherwise I am not looking for it by the right name. What is this kind of tool called?
