How would you make this space more private?

Unfortunately my backyard is at an angle on a hill. This is the only flat spot for my lil mini tanning pool. The issue is the neighbors have a camera pointing directly at it, circled in red. I don’t feel comfortable asking them to move the camera. How would you create more privacy here?
I am handy with a drill, hammer, very basic power tools, just fresh out of ideas!
