Sagging drywall ceiling. Not sure how to fix

Post Body

My finished loft has a sagging drywall ceiling in some places. I want to fix it but I'm drawing a blank. The reason is that there isn't anything underneath to screw into. In the picture with my hand you can see the beam I'm holding. Thats identitical to what's under the side of the drywall.

I just want to bring up the sagging sides so it looks more flush. Any ideas?

Thank you all in advance
