What do you call a thick machine bolt with a handle on it for tightening/ratcheting things?

Post Body

I have seen this strap clamps where there is a thick bolt that has a handle on the end whose job is to just be rotated to bring up and down what is essentially a nut. I have a few designs I would like to potentially make with this hardware but I cannot figure out what such hardware is called. Obviously I could kind of make my own here with a bolt, a nut, and a metal plate or a ball bearing but I am guessing there is a name for this. I could then figure out some way to get a handle on that bolt.

But I am guessing there is a name for this hardware? Where else have you seen it used.

My reverse image searches just think its a screwdriver.
