Previous owner rigged up this screen door with a random assortment of screws. What would be the best way to secure the door to the hinges when the holes on the door are drilled and the door itself is hollow?

door1door2I can't come across anything in this house that the previous owner hasn't fucked up and tried to fix himself. I'm not particularly handy but I'm recently estranged from my parents and have nobody to go to for help so I'm trying my luck here. I can't find anything that would work with the door I have without needing to rework the frame and get a whole new door. Is there anything I can do? Money is a bit tight but I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and fix it. I just don't know where to begin.
