Post Body

Basically the title. My house was built in 1909. Childhood home. House had asbestos roof tiles and still has asbestos ceiling tiles (working on a grant to help remove) Holes in siding Unfinished basement with dirt floor and water gets in

What should I worry about now? Got foundation work done twice now New siding has been ordered and hired out to change New water heater New kitchen floor as it was bare wood sheets 4 new windows

I have certain concerns but too many to post. Would be happy to send pics in a DM

Looking for: Easy/low cost DIY projects to upgrade Advice on how to keep this old heap from collapsing after sinking 50K plus in it so far. Ideas on ways to reduce bills/get better energy efficiency.
