How to eliminate mold in apartment?

My apartment gets quite humid and every single day my windows get quite a lot of condensation. This leads to mold/mildew appearing on my window frames. I’ve wiped it away, used some sprays, bought a dehumidifier…but the next day it’s back to square one.
