Gate needs to be shifted over maybe?

Bought a new house and the back gate catches on the fence. I need it to shift about 3/8ā to get it to close properly. The last picture is the space I have on the opposite end of the gate and my thought is that I can unscrew the hinges and move it over. I have about 5/8ā gap I can move but Iām not sure doing that will prevent it from opening at all. Or if someone has a better idea, Iām all ears.
