Wall/rawl plug & screw size help

I have a heavy bathroom cabinet to hang. I was planning on using 10x50mm wall plugs, I drilled a hole using 10mm drill bit. The hole is much too wide for the wall plug. What size plug should I use for the existing hole? What size screw should I use? Please keep it as simple as possible, Iām clearly an idiot so Iām not going to use/do anything fancy.
