Can't get past the launch screen, can't even press A to start...

I know there's only a few sitbs here, but the game came to game pass so I downloaded it. But I can't even get past the start screen. I press A because it says start with the A button symbol at the bottom right of the screen, and it asks me to select my account so I do. From there no movement, "(A) Start" is flashing but pressing A does nothing. Anyone else? Or just me
