November I went from 10 to 40 pushups in a row over the course of the month by adding one push-up per day every day. Now, a new challenge. 66 pushups every day for the Month of Dec. that will get me to 2000 by the end of the month. Iām excited to see what happens to my body when doing this in combo with my other workouts.
This of course has nothing to do with my ass but I felt good this morning so I took a couple pics. Hope you like.
